have been with Host The Best for over 3½ years
as a reseller! One think I like about the
Reseller program Host The Best offers is that my
company is 100% Private Label. It is not like
other Hosting companies that claim that they are
Private Label but they are NOT. I
received almost perfect service so I did not
have to contact the Host The Best Customer
Service Department that often. Because of the
reliable service HTB provided I did not worry
too much about the smooth running of my company.
And if I submitted a ticket, I usually get a
response within 30 minutes or sometime within 45
minutes. I am usually satisfied with the
response time.
Once I have a problem installing Clientexce and
I asked Mr. Andy if he could install it and
without hesitation, he said “sure.” I have to
give him props and credit because it was late in
the night and installed that night and did an
excellent job on the CE like plug-in and server
info, and all I needed to do is add the
packages, etc. I would love to get in touch with
the CEO and others to let them know what
fantastic service Mr. Andy provided! WOW!
Another reason I like Host The Best and why I am
still with them is because they post everything
on the forums that alerts and informs you about
upcoming service change, etc. These are all
MUST read alerts. As I mentioned, the forums
and DC are on a different server so if something
is happening with one server the forums would be
running and visa versa with the DC.
Host The Best has treated me as if I was their
biggest customer and all I purchased was hosting
service/reseller. I just cannot say enough about
Andy and Host The Best. Thank you.
